Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026 · Version 2026-08-13.1
Using Gamiaux
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your credentials and two-factor authentication secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Third-party streams
Streams are displayed through official third-party players. Twitch, YouTube, and other providers control availability, playback, advertising, quality, data collection, and their underlying services. Your use remains subject to each provider's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy where applicable. Do not use Gamiaux to bypass access controls, obscure required player elements or ads, scrape content, inflate engagement, or infringe rights.
Plans and billing
When you select a paid plan and affirm the recurring-payment notice, you authorize Gamiaux to automatically charge your saved payment method each month for a monthly plan or every 12 months for a yearly plan at the selected plan's displayed price, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. Yearly plans are prepaid for the full 12-month term and automatically renew for another 12-month term unless canceled before renewal. Stripe processes payments; Gamiaux does not store complete card numbers. You can cancel future renewal through the subscription portal. Except where law requires otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already incurred.
Conduct and enforcement
You must follow our Community Guidelines. Gamiaux may remove rooms or links, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate repeat or serious violators. Reports may be submitted through our reporting page.
Ownership and trademarks
Gamiaux owns its software, branding, and original interface. Twitch, YouTube, streamer names, and third-party marks belong to their owners. Gamiaux is not endorsed by or affiliated with Twitch or YouTube.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Gamiaux does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party streams. To the extent permitted by law, Gamiaux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material updates will be dated and may require renewed acceptance. Questions: support@gamiaux.com.
