Privacy Policy

Information collected

We collect account and profile data, authentication and security records, plan and subscription status, support and abuse reports, room activity, stream links you submit, device/browser data, IP addresses, and operational logs. Stripe handles complete payment-card details; Gamiaux receives transaction, customer, tax, and subscription records.

Third-party players and YouTube API data

Official embedded players—including Twitch and YouTube—may receive your IP address, browser data, cookies, player interactions, and related information under their own privacy notices. When a YouTube URL is submitted, Gamiaux uses YouTube Data API v3 to check the video's title, channel name, embeddability, availability, and Made-for-Kids status. Validation results may be cached for up to six hours. Gamiaux does not request access to a user's private YouTube account, playlists, subscriptions, or watch history.

YouTube and Google processing is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Gamiaux does not control those providers' processing.

How information is used

We use information to operate and secure accounts, enforce paid access, deliver rooms, validate provider links, process billing, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, communications, analytics, payment, security, and embedded-content providers when necessary to deliver the service. We may disclose information where legally required or to protect users and the service. We do not sell complete card details because we never receive them, and we do not sell YouTube API data.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain records only as needed for operations, security, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Controls include access restrictions, two-factor authentication, and encrypted transport, but no system is perfectly secure. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights at support@gamiaux.com. Some billing, fraud, audit, or legal records may need to be retained.

Children and changes

Gamiaux is not intended for children under 13. Material policy updates will be dated and may require renewed acceptance.
