YouTube integration disclosures
Effective August 2, 2026
Official playback
Gamiaux displays YouTube content only through the official privacy-enhanced YouTube embedded player. YouTube controls playback, availability, advertising, attribution, quality, authentication, geographic restrictions, and player controls. Gamiaux does not download, proxy, retransmit, remove advertising from, or separately deliver YouTube video or audio.
Multiple Cast windows
A room may display multiple official YouTube players as part of Gamiaux's independent multi-Cast workspace. At most one YouTube player is asked to autoplay on a page. Additional players require a deliberate user playback action. Browser and YouTube autoplay decisions are always respected.
Video validation
Before embedding a submitted YouTube video, Gamiaux uses YouTube Data API v3 to confirm that the video exists, permits embedding, and whether it is designated Made for Kids. Gamiaux blocks videos that cannot be validated or embedded. Validation metadata may be cached for up to six hours.
What subscriptions purchase
Gamiaux plans purchase platform functionality such as Cast workspace capacity, synchronized rooms, voice/video communication, party controls, and account administration. Fees do not purchase YouTube content, YouTube Premium, provider subscriptions, removal of provider advertising, or rights in third-party video.
Terms and privacy
Your use of YouTube content through Gamiaux remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Do not use Gamiaux to interfere with player functionality, hide attribution or advertising, inflate engagement, scrape data, evade access controls, or infringe rights.
Reports
Report Gamiaux room activity or submitted links through our reporting page. YouTube-hosted content should also be reported through YouTube's official reporting tools.
