What a Gamiaux subscription purchases
A subscription purchases access to Gamiaux platform functionality, including multi-Cast layouts, synchronized party rooms, voice/video communication, account controls, and administrative features. It does not purchase Twitch or YouTube content, remove provider advertising, or grant access to content unavailable through the provider's official player.
Third-party streams
Gamiaux displays third-party video through the provider's official embedded player. Provider controls, advertising, attribution, availability, geographic restrictions, authentication requirements, and playback decisions remain controlled by that provider. Users must comply with the provider's terms and all applicable law.
User responsibilities
- Do not use Gamiaux to infringe copyright, evade access controls, inflate views, harass others, or promote unlawful or provider-prohibited content.
- Do not claim creator, Twitch, or YouTube endorsement without written authorization.
- Only share links and party content you are legally permitted to share.
Reports, copyright, privacy, and deletion
Use the reporting form for suspected infringement, illegal content, privacy concerns, or provider-policy violations. Account deletion and privacy requests may also be sent to support@gamiaux.com.
Provider policies
Use of Twitch embeds is governed by Twitch's Developer Services Agreement and Terms of Service. Use of YouTube embeds is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Provider policies can change and may affect playback or availability.
